It covers the entire production cycle—from raw meat preparation, forming, coating, frying, cooling, freezing, to final packaging—ensuring product consistency, hygiene, and production efficiency. 1.Meat Preparation Section

Vacuum Mixer: Blends minced meat with seasonings under vacuum for better protein extraction and binding.

Screw Feeder / Pump: Automatically transfers meat paste to forming machine.

2. Forming Section

Nugget Forming Machine: Shapes the chicken paste into uniform nugget shapes using interchangeable molds.

Shape options: oval, round, square, animal-shaped, custom

Output capacity: 300–1000 kg/h

3. Coating Section

Preduster (optional): Applies a light flour layer to help batter stick.

Battering Machine: Dips the formed nuggets into liquid batter evenly.

Breading Machine: Applies fine or coarse breadcrumbs, including tempura-style options.

4. Frying Section

Continuous Fryer: Pre-fries or fully fries the coated nuggets.

Multi-head Weigher + Packing Machine: Accurately weighs and bags frozen nuggets in retail or bulk packs.
